We have been experiencing a large number of students who have problems logging into their new live@edu accounts.

Please double check if you can log in using your NAME_09@vs.edu.sg account. Also if you are still having problems logging in, please kindly reply to post so that I can send your names to the administrators to rectify the issue. (i.e. Cannot log in using vs.edu.sg domain, invalid password, changed userID to something like userID@live.com.sg)
