Dear Guys / Parents of 2G,

There will be a mass CEPAS Card Replacement Exercise for all students on 20 April 2009. The CEPAS card is the new card replacing the EZ-Link card that is going to be phased out next year.

The details of the exercise are as follows:
1. On 20th April 2009 (Mon) Morning Assembly will be held in the School Hall. After Morning Assembly, FTs/AFTs will collect the existing EZ-Link cards from their students and place them in the envelopes and indicate receipt on the class-lists provided.
2. FTs/AFTs are to pass these EZ-Link cards to the General Office immediately after morning assembly for processing.
3. The team from Transitlink will be on-site to transfer the values from these old EZ-Link cards to the new CEPAS card. They will be stationed in the School Library. The School Library will be closed for the day. The new CEPAS card will be activated and ready for immediate use. The cards will be returned on the same day by class, with receipts of the values transferred attached to the new cards.
